Doctoral Degree (JD) in Law. Four to seven years experience and/or training, Academic or practice experience in the field to be taught, or the equivalent. Currently in good standing (active or inactive) in all jurisdictions in which the Professor has applied or is or was admitted to practice law, with no significant history of bar discipline (suspension or disbarment are disqualifying events).
