PhD Earned doctorate in the field of study or closely related field. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they can be effective within a person-centered teaching model that strengthens a community of care. Must meet promotional selection criteria to be eligible for position. Required. Must meet performance expectations outlined for your program area. 2+ years Teaching experience and/or a capacity and willingness to instruct within Walden’s Person-Centered and Community of Care approach to fostering human potential through teaching.
