Art St. Clair County Community College REQUIREMENTS Masters Degree in field of discipline or Masters Degree with 18 graduate hours in the specific teaching content. Documented 4,000 hours of work experience in the occupational area. Teaching experience in an online environment required. Teaching experience at the higher education level preferred. All academic degrees must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
