Business Law AIU Online Required Experience: Possesses a minimum of five years of occupational (i.e., practical) experience in the subject field in which they teach. Candidate must have obtained at least a conferred Juris Doctorate Degree from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent), additional requirements driven by state licensing or accreditation considerations may apply. Business related law practice required.
Business Law Lindenwood University Required: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Experience practicing business law is preferred. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently. Ability to be organized and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canvas, and CAMS.
Business Law Sierra Nevada College Required: Masters degree or higher in a business discipline, from a regionally-accredited university. Record of successful teaching and/or development of online graduate-level business courses. Commitment to the mission and policies of Sierra Nevada College. Understanding of and ability to apply current best practice principles for effective online teaching and learning.
