Geology Northampton Community College NCC seeks candidates for possible future Adjunct teaching positions in Geology, both online and on campus. Required: Masters degree in discipline or related field required. College teaching experience preferred.
Geology Garden City Community College Qualifications: Masters Degree in Science or a Masters Degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Science (Emphasis in Geology Preferred). Previous teaching experience and/or closely related work experience is also preferred. Scope of job: The online adjunct instructor works cooperatively with the Division Director and with other college personnel in following through on stated policies and procedures. The adjunct instruction is responsible for facilitating, guiding and evaluating student learning.
Geology Southern Utah University SUU welcomes applicants for online teaching positions in a variety of disciplines. When available, semester long contracts are offered to online adjuncts. Qualifications vary between disciplines. In general, online adjunct faculty should have profound experience in the field they are applying to teach and have an earned graduate degree, at minimum one level above the level applied to teach. An ideal candidate will be currently working full time in the field they intend to teach within.
