Human Resources Bethel University Bethel University, College of Professional Studies, is seeking adjunct faculty to teach courses in Human Resource Management in our online graduate programs. To be considered, one must have a Terminal degree and 18 hours in the discipline. Teaching experience is preferred. Human Resources Colorado State University - Global Campus A terminal degree in human resources management is required.
Human Resources Northcentral University Required: Doctorate degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution, online teaching experience, and 2 years of direct teaching experience at the Master and/or Doctoral level. Preferred: 5 years of field experience in the above specialization, administrative or command experience, PHR, SHRM certification, curriculum development experience, experience as a remote employee, and experience in higher ed.
Human Resources AIU Online Required: Candidate must have obtained at least a conferred Doctoral Degree in Human Resources from an institution regionally accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or international equivalent and possess 5 years industry experience/expertise based on profession and applicable accreditation requirements. SHRM certificate preferred. Candidate will also be required to complete a satisfactory background check.
Human Resources Indiana Wesleyan University Preferred: Ph.D./DBA Human Resources with SHRM certification as well as 15-18 graduate credit hours in Statistics.
Human Resources Louisiana State University Requirements: Applicants should have a Masters or Doctoral degree in a business discipline or closely related area from an accredited institution, with a preference for a degree from an institution with an AACSB accredited program. The selected applicants may be asked to teach at graduate and/or undergraduate levels in an online format. Some face-to-face teaching may be available.
Human Resources Ashford University Required: Masters degree in related content area, teaching and leadership experience, knowledge of accreditation standards and learning assessment. Preferred: Doctorate, online education and adult learning environment experience, 4 years of full time college teaching experience, and career experience relevant to the area of expertise.
Human Resources Colorado State University - Global Campus Required: Terminal degree from a regionally accredited university within (or related) discipline (strongly preferred), 18 hours of graduate work within discipline applying for (strongly preferred), professional certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) within related discipline (strongly preferred). Minimum two years of teaching experience, one year of online teaching experience, and 3+ years of professional experience in the Human Resources industry.
