Commitment to advancing equity and access in the classroom. College teaching experience, especially at community college level, preferred. Legal Studies Odessa College An associate degree in paralegal studies or related field. At least three years of relevant technical training, industry certifications, and/or experience in the discipline.
Legal Studies South University Doctorate or masters degree in the teaching discipline or masters degree with a concentration in the teaching discipline. Must have experience teaching Bankruptcy Law, Immigration Law, International Law, Environmental Law, Advanced Real Estate, and Intellectual Property. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from students, employees and members of the business community; ability to effectively present information to students, employees, and the business community. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Faculty must have required certificates, licenses and registrations required for the course(s) they are to teach.
Legal Studies Bryant and Stratton College Masters Degree; Preferred earned PhD Degree. Three (3) years of experience in education at the college level within the last ten (10) years; instruction in educational theory. Expertise in the areas in which they teach. Demonstrated leadership skills, integrity, and ethical practice with emphasis on problem solving, conflict management/ resolution, adaptability, creativity, and sensitivity to diversity.
Legal Studies William & Mary Masters degree from a regionally accredited college or university. Expertise and relevant professional and/or instructional experience in general law education, compliance law, finance law, environmental law, healthcare law, or technology law (including AI and privacy). Previous experience providing instruction to adult learners in an academic or corporate setting. Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
Legal Studies Purdue University Global Masters in Legal Studies, law or related field or JD or EJD completed within the last 5-years OR Masters in Legal Studies, law, or related field or JD or EJD plus 3-years of related work or academic practice in the field of study within the past 5-years for either option.
